After more than 2 years of hard work, we are happy to announce that BEPS International School is now an IB World School. This MYP authorisation process looked closely at the way the school operates, from the underlying philosophy and how, through policies and practices, these align with those of the International Baccalaureate Organisation.
Just before Spring break, the students in French Acquisition from BEPS Secondary School were asked to write a letter to the elderly who are confined in a care home. The project was integrated into the unit 'What is human solidarity and service to the community?'
We know that it is crucial to have a balance between learning and free time, and that screen free time is also a must. Therefore, we quickly adapted the number of online learning activities the children were offered each day, and teachers designed activities to support this move. In addition to this, we decided to introduce 'Screen Free Wednesdays'.
